Your data

Delete your account.

You can do it yourself in the app, and it takes a minute. Nothing is removed for 7 days, so a change of heart costs nothing.

In the app

• Open Settings, scroll to Your data, tap Delete account.
• Type your email address to confirm.
• That's it. The date it will happen is shown in Settings. Signing in before then cancels it with one tap.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, write to hello@niniparenting.app from the email address on the account. We will confirm and schedule the deletion the same way.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, password, settings, subscription record.
• Your children's profiles and photos, every log, health entry, growth measurement, milestone, food record and note.
• Every conversation with the assistant, and every photo sent in one.
• Your push token and any pending reminders.

What is kept, and why

• If another caregiver still looks after a child you added, that child's log stays with them — their history is not yours to erase. Your caregiver access and the notes you wrote are removed.
• Records of purchases, for as long as tax law requires, and nothing else.
• Backups, for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
